Typically, we maintain stock of sample trays containing lashes ranging from 8mm to 15mm in a mix. These samples are readily available for immediate shipment. However, should you require specific sizes for samples, we will need to produce them specifically for you, which may take 7-10 days for production.

Rest assured, if you're unsatisfied with the initial design, we can make revisions until you're fully satisfied. Only upon confirmation of the design will we proceed with printing and production.

We may request related pictures and videos to better assess the problem. Rest assured, this enables us to address the issue effectively and prevent its recurrence in future productions. If the issue is indeed attributable to a quality defect, we will gladly arrange for an exchange and resend your order.
For samples, we typically maintain ready stock and can ship them out promptly.
